Parras Mexico Program

It is a hands-on Appropriate Technology and Spanish immersion program, coordinated as a partnership between Humboldt State University and the Universidad Tecnológica de Coahuila, between the departments of Environmental Resources Engineering and World Languages & Cultures and between the students and the community of Parras. Holon consulting provided partnership support for this innovative program.
